THE PROPERTY ALLY LLC built CraftMeasure as an offline carpenter and measurement toolkit application. This app is designed to help users with length conversion, area calculation, board-foot calculation, material estimation, angle calculation, cut lists, project measurements, saved rooms, cost estimation, notes, and local project history.

We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how CraftMeasure handles your information.

1. Information We Collect

CraftMeasure is designed to work primarily offline.

a) Information You Enter

The app may store the following information locally on your device when you use its features:

- Project names

- Measurement values

- Saved rooms

- Cut list data

- Cost estimation data

- Notes

- Local project history

- Backup/export files you choose to create

This information is stored locally on your device and is not automatically sent to us.

b) Personal Information

CraftMeasure does not require account registration and does not collect personal information such as:

- Full name

- Phone number

- Address

- Government ID

- Payment details

c) Automatically Collected Information

CraftMeasure does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools.

We do not automatically collect usage analytics, behavioral data, or advertising identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

The information stored in the app is used only to provide the app’s features, such as:

- Saving your projects and measurements

- Restoring your work later

- Generating cut lists and estimates

- Creating local backups and exports

3. Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or back up your data yourself.

If you use the app’s backup, restore, or export features, files are created or selected through the Android system file picker. This means you stay in control of where files are saved or selected.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.

Because the app works offline and does not use remote servers for normal operation, your app data is generally not transmitted to THE PROPERTY ALLY LLC.

5. Internet and Network Access

CraftMeasure is designed as an offline app and does not require internet access for its core functionality.

6. Permissions

CraftMeasure only uses permissions that are necessary for app functionality, if any are present in the final build.

For example:

- File access may be handled through Android’s built-in document picker when you choose to import, export, back up, or restore files.

- The app does not request unnecessary permissions unrelated to its core features.

7. Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until:

- You delete it inside the app

- You uninstall the app

- You remove backup/export files manually from your storage

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the app secure. However, because your data is stored locally on your own device, you are also responsible for protecting your device and any exported backup files.

9. Children’s Privacy

CraftMeasure is not specifically directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Your Choices and Control

You can:

- Edit or delete saved data in the app

- Remove notes, projects, and measurements

- Uninstall the app to remove local app data

- Delete exported files or backups from your device storage

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
